Did you write the poetry yourself or did you take it from something? Could I ask you a favour? Would you be able to post it to me or get it to me somehow and could I please use the title and the first verse a as an inspiration for some fan-fic?
The reason being is that I am one of those people who's eye sight is a bit dodgy and I struggled to read it!
I am in the process of getting a new computer set up and when I do and when I get myself internet connected I will definitely be finding a way to get that as my wallpaper. I'm not sure what it will look like as I have a 20 inch screen. Hopefully it will adjust accordingly. Even if it doesn't I would be happy to share a screen with it!

It's actually snatches from a poem by Kenneth Slessor - probably his best known poem - "Five Bells". I took only bits and pieces that I liked, as it's a long one
" Time that is moved by little fidget wheels

LOL! I know what you mean about eye sight! I'm the same and can only read it because I know what it says! Heh!
As for putting it on a 20" screen I recommend you put it on a larger document matched to your screen size, if you have a graphics programme you can use. I have a 23" screen and had to put it on a background. It will distort otherwise. Alternatively, if you tell me the exact size of your screen I could do it for you. I'd just put it on a plain background and you can nominate your colour of choice.

I wont have my new computer connected to the internet until about 10th of January as I have changed my phone/internet providers so that I can get wireless internet. The people that put my house together decided that I would only get one phone socket and that is not in the room where I keep my computer!! However, I digress. If you don't hear from me then please don't think that I have forgotten your offer.
I know that my screen is 20 inches because that is the spec for it. I will get back to you when I know for sure. Not sure if I have anything that can help adjust it to sized but I will have a look when I set it up.
The story is forming in my mind as I write this. I have a feeling that it will be an angst, hurt/comfort type story. With a possible trip in to and out of an AU. I promise that I will let you know when I have finished and that you will get a dedication.
