I don't think I had ever read the complete 'In the City of Seven Walls' by auburnnothenna before this summer. I know I had read bits and pieces, but this year I got to the finished story and the audiobook, and greatly enjoyed them both.

I made some art - for the end scene of the epilogue - it's not exactly as described in the novel, but hope it captures some of the sense of it. Click on the image for the full size.

You know, I just haven't been able to bring myself to read that...I'm afraid that I'll find it just too painful. Maybe one day. But. This is so pretty! I love your art, honey. Very nicely done.
