Ooh, some of these I have no idea about! The first three and Jonathon Creek, I've never seen. *puts them on the list*

QaF, I have seen - the Br. version and I have also seen Danger UXB! I LOVED that show, It had Anthony Andrews, from Brideshead, in it. Wow, UXB was so long ago LOL! I saw it in about 1984-5.
